Evan Louis "E.L." Katz (born January 7, 1981) is an American filmmaker. He is best known for directing the films "Cheap Thrills" (2013), "Small Crimes" (2017) and "Azrael" (2024). He also directed episodes for "Scream" (2015), "Channel Zero" (2016), "Swamp Thing" (2019), "The Haunting of Bly Manor" (2020) and "Teacup" (2024).
